June is Worthless Degree Awareness Month.
I’ve written about this over at He Said / She Said in these two posts:
Happy Graduation. June Is National Worthless Degree Awareness Month – http://hesaidshesaidfortcollins.com/happy-graduation-its-national-worthless-degree-awareness-month/
You Graduated College With A Worthless Degree. Now What? – http://hesaidshesaidfortcollins.com/you-graduated-college-with-a-worthless-degree-now-what/
Now I want to spend some time going into detail about how to avoid a worthless degree and why your degree is worthless. For those of you who have graduated it’s too late. You will spend the rest of your life carry food to my table when I’m eating at the restaurant where you work and paying off your student debt.
You do not decide what your college education is worth to other people. Other people decide what your college education is worth to them.
All the money you will ever have from this moment forward currently belongs to other people. If you want them to give you money you have to create value for them in exchange.
